LED reading and task light designed, engineered and made by Ian Bibby. Shorty is manufactured using traditional quality materials. Chrome plated brass, stainless steel, painted aluminium with some 3D printed components in black and grey to form the support and socket for the spherical light creator and wire clips. It was designed using ergonomic factors to greatly simplify adjustment by using hand rather than a multitude of difficult to adjust components.
Shorty Light Squirter has no bulb just a 3 Watt simple LED module which can be replaced easily. The LED provides a practical warm light equivalent to mid day sunshine and has a medium beam angle of 25 degrees. Supplied complete with a neat plug power supply and simple easy to operate in line dimmer for complete control of light intensity it is the best reading light or task light for close work. Shorty can also be used as a spot for illuminating objects, antiques and pictures.
